The Omaha Nebraska Parrot Head Club proudly serves Parrot Head's of the Omaha metro area with a PHiP recognized chapter.
Our founder Jay Ridenour founded this club in 1995 so people that embrace the music, writings, and lifestyle of Jimmy Buffett,
would have a place to meet. We try to bring a little island lifestyle to the middle of this great country.

We have a long history of community service. We are strong supporters of Alzheimer's Association, Muscular Dystrophy
Association, Environmental Causes, the Ronald McDonald House and many other organizations.
While we are proud of our history, we are working very hard for a better future.

We also have a 14 year partnership with Parrot Heads in Paradise (PHiP). The current PHiP President, Jimmy Pattivina,
is a member of this organization.

"PARROT HEADS FROM SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN HERE" ANNUAL CRUISE
The 2008 and 2009 cruise's were a huge success; a great time was had by all and over $8,300 was raised for MDA. Now it's time to start planning for the third annual cruise, leaving January 10, 2010. Terry (club president and certified travel agent) did such a great job with the first two cruises, that the club has asked her new company (Beacon Vacations) to organize and administer the third annual cruise.
