The Omaha Nebraska Parrot Head Club proudly serves Parrot Head's of the Omaha metro area with a PHiP recognized chapter.
Our founder Jay Ridenour founded this club in 1995 so people that embrace the music, writings, and lifestyle of Jimmy Buffett,
would have a place to meet. We try to bring a little island lifestyle to the middle of this great country.

We have a long history of community service. We are strong supporters of Alzheimer's Association, Muscular Dystrophy
Association, Environmental Causes, the Ronald McDonald House, Spirit of Courage and many other organizations.
While we are proud of our history, we are working very hard for a better future.

We also have a 16 year partnership with Parrot Heads in Paradise (PHiP).

"PARROT HEADS FROM SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN HERE" 5th ANNUAL CRUISE
The 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 cruise's were a success; a great time was had by all and over $8,300 was raised for MDA and over $5,100 for Spirit of Courage. The fifth annual cruise, is leaving February 5, 2012. Terry (club president and certified travel agent) did such a great job with the first four cruises, that the club has asked her company (Beacon Vacations) to organize and administer the fifth annual cruise.
