Every spring and fall the Omaha Nebraska Parrot Head Club picks up trash from I-680.
Our portion of I-680 is the first mile into Iowa, after crossing the Mormon bridge.

We meet at exit number 1 on the Iowa side of I-680 at 10:30 AM.  We clean both sides
of the Interstate (never clean the center median) and then head out for lunch.

Over the years, there have been occasions when this event has had to be postponed
due to weather.  Please check this web site and your e-mail for last minute changes.

* Most of the fields around I-680 were under water.  The North ditch was mostly under water.
We wanted to get the job done before the flooding closed the interstate.
